Cauliflower Thins

Low carb substitute for bread thins!

Ingredients: 
  • 3 cups frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper (to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan 
Instructions: 
  • preheat oven at 400F
  • measure out frozen riced cauliflower into microwavable bowl and microwave for 3 minutes 
  • use a dish towel or cheese cloth to squeeze out moisture from cauliflower rice
  • combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine evenly
  • use scoop to distribute onto a lined baking sheet (silicone baking mat is best for non-stick!)
  • bake for 15-20min or until edges are golden brown 
  • enjoy as mini pizzas or use as sandwich "bread"
