Cauliflower Thins

Low carb substitute for bread thins!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pepper (to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions:
- preheat oven at 400F
- measure out frozen riced cauliflower into microwavable bowl and microwave for 3 minutes
- use a dish towel or cheese cloth to squeeze out moisture from cauliflower rice
- combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine evenly
- use scoop to distribute onto a lined baking sheet (silicone baking mat is best for non-stick!)
- bake for 15-20min or until edges are golden brown
- enjoy as mini pizzas or use as sandwich "bread"
