Patients will spend an hour during their visit cooking a healthy meal with our chef, learning how to make nutritious and delicious foods.
Reset your body and mind with nutritional meal replacements
With the use of nutritional bars and shakes, patients can reset their eating habits. No need to worry about what to eat, when to eat, how to cook... We will work with patients to develop safe and healthy plans for them!
Meal replacements are specifically prescribed by the Doctor, based on an individual’s metabolic profile. These meal replacements are low in calories, rich in nutrients and designed to treat root causes of any weight problem.
Meal Prep
Get pre-prepared meals made by Chef Kelsey! When you sign up for our "meals to go" program, Kelsey will send you a menu with different selections for the week. After you have made your choices, you can come to the office for a quick and efficient pick up with all the meals you will need for the week!
