The first step in your journey is to meet with our lead physician. 

Dr. Sarmiento is our internal medicine physician. She leads the team and guides patients to a healthier version of themselves. 

After you meet with Dr. Sarmiento, you will begin making your way through the next 3 health prongs. 

Meet Tesa Edge- Health and Life Style Coach

Behavioral Health Component: 

Changing health habits is not an easy task. Many people go years doing the same unhealthy habits, and change can be daunting. 

Tesa will be assisting you with any behavioral blocks that you may be experiencing while on your path to a healthier you. 


Meet JT Threlkeld- Fitness Director/Personal Trainer

Fitness Component: 

As our Fitness Director, JT will help guide you towards physical health by utilizing our gym. 

He works to assess your fitness abilities and helps develop ways for you to gain physical strength. 

Meet Daniel Andras- Registered Dietitian 

Nutritional Health Component: 

Knowing what foods to fuel your body with is extremely important throughout your journey of health. 

Daniel will assist you with finding the best food options for your specific needs. He looks into current eating habits and helps guide you towards healthier alternatives.
