Berry Smoothie & Grainless Granola

Berry delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients:
Smoothie-
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2-3 tbs peanut butter
- honey to taste
Instructions:
- add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, taste, and enjoy!
Grainless Granola-
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- preheat oven 375 degrees F
- pour ingredients onto a lined baking sheet
- mix ingredients together and spread evenly onto the sheet
- put into the oven for 15-20 min or until golden brown
