Berry Smoothie & Grainless Granola

Berry delicious and nutritious! 

Ingredients: 

Smoothie-
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2-3 tbs peanut butter
  • honey to taste

Instructions: 
  • add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, taste, and enjoy!
Grainless Granola- 
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped pecans 
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions: 
  • preheat oven 375 degrees F
  • pour ingredients onto a lined baking sheet
  • mix ingredients together and spread evenly onto the sheet
  • put into the oven for 15-20 min or until golden brown
