Our Medical Assistants are here because they care and desire to help you and you family in anyway that they can.  They have completed education that ranges from certificates to diplomas and they continue to go through education to keep up-to-date in the medical field.  They are here to be not only a liaison between you and the doctor, but a educator and answer questions that you may have concerning your illness.  If they do not know the answer they will find out the answer for you.  They will take care of your referrals and prior authorizations for you and let you know when the appointment to the specialist will be.  They are not only here to help the physicians, they are here  to help you.

We have developed for patients who are "web savvy" a way to contact our MA's (Nurses) online.  You may ask the MA's questions, request referrals, request prescription refills or what ver the need may be.  You may do this by selecting the e-mail address next to your doctor's name.
