At Center for Adult and Family Medicine, we treat chronic and acute illnesses, specializing in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.

Our schedule is structured to reduce the wait time for you to see your doctor. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office immediately, so that we may use your appointment time for another patient.

In the event that you are late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule for later in the day or another day. If you arrive early for your appointment, be prepared to wait for your scheduled time. In the event that you arrive early or late, we will attempt to accommodate you, as the schedule permits. Please keep in mind that other people have appointments that we must accommodate, and that these appointments may be before yours or with the other physician or nurses.

If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we require you to call our office at least 5 hours before your appointment, so we may offer your appointment time to another patient. We will bill your account $25.00 if you do not cancel at least five hours before. Missing three scheduled appointments will be grounds to discharge you from our practice.
